More about the process
For this performance, I was more involved in the content than in the design. Generational transmission is a topic that interests me, so I contributed through thinking about play and action. For the design, the director and I were highly inspired by the film Daisies (1966). In my opinion, I created more of an atmosphere rather than a traditional set design. I also wanted to incorporate imperfection through plurality in the design. The combination of old and new was the guiding principle for the costumes.
